4. No Binding Coverage

• Payment of the required initial premium or down payment to the carrier (payment plans may be available subject to carrier approval and terms)
• Formal issuance of an insurance policy by the carrier

Until all conditions above are satisfied, no coverage exists. You should not assume coverage is in force until you have received written confirmation from the carrier.

9. Payment Processing

Premium payments for insurance policies purchased through this Site are processed directly by and paid to the issuing carrier. Allsafe Insurance Solutions Corp. does not collect, hold, or process premium payments on behalf of carriers. Depending on the carrier and policy type, payment plans may be available, allowing you to pay your premium in installments. Payment plan availability, terms, and down payment requirements are determined solely by the issuing carrier.

Payment processing is facilitated through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the payment processor. We are not liable for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing by third-party providers.
